Good Morning,
If you live in the townhomes, please remember that the new visitor passes go into effect January 2, 2026. The green and yellow tags will not be good and vehicles displaying those will be towed. You will need to stop in the office, bring your old tag, fill out the new application and receive the new hang tag. Owners who are renting out the home will be contacted prior to the tag being provided or if you are renting out your home you can email us with the address and name of the tenant.
