Good Morning,
As we get closer to the new year this is just a reminder of the new fees for 2026. The single family homes other than section 4 will be $124.00 per month. The townhomes and section 4 (mountain laurel loop and locust creek drive) will be $157.00. The townhomes and section 4 has a budget that includes snow removal and reserves for street and sidewalk maintenance. The County handles the snow removal and road maintenance in the single family homes.
If your account is set up through Cardinal Management to be debited each month, the fee will automatically change. If you have your payment set up through property pay or your bank you will need to make the change yourself. Please feel free to call us in the office if you have any questions, 703-221-7716.
