We would like to encourage that assessment payments be paid as an ACH payment which is handled directly from Cardinal Management. There are no issues with the ACH payments and there is never a late fee.
To assist you we now have a computer station set up at the office. Please feel free to come in and use this computer to set up your ACH payment (you will need your banks routing number and checking account number). We will be able to help you with this and can also help you paying through property pay. We can also assist you in getting an account setup for the pool season on CELLBADGE. ACH is the best way to go in making payments, accounts are automatically debited and any increases in the fee goes in automatically.
