Good Afternoon,
American Disposal is still having trouble accessing some streets and therefore will not send the trucks on them, especially in an areas where there is a hill, cars parked that tightens the street and streets with ice. It is up to American Disposal as to if they will service the street. I am working with them to find a solution. Shenandoah is working with me to evaluate streets that are the Associations responsibility.
